I have confirmed that OneSpiritResWarning version 0.0.4 and up works on WoW version PTR 3.0.0.

Description

I don't know about you, but when I want to resurrect at the Spirit Healer, I don't want to be asked twice. This addon will remove the second confirmation dialog.
