I have confirmed that Speaking version 0.0.2 and up works on WoW version PTR 3.0.0.

• Add a button displaying your currently selected language that, when double-clicked, will switch to the next available language.

Notes

• Speaking is written for n languages, but there's no chance, at present, that your character will have more than two languages. It's forward compatible just in case Blizz adds any depth to the languages.
