I have confirmed that !!EGLoader works on WoW version PTR 3.0.0.

Description

• Loads OnDemand addons.

Notes

• Required only for the following addons (so far):
  • BigSpender - Loads with the Merchant Frame (MERCHANT_SHOW event).
  • OneSpiritResWarning - Loads when you attempt to resurrect at the spirit healer. (CONFIRM_XP_LOSS event)
  • SmartEnchant - Loads when you click Enchanting (watches for a call to CastSpell() and CastSpellByName()).
  • Stocker - Loads with the Merchant Frame (MERCHANT_SHOW event)
